We live on the peninsula of Helnæs, one of nature's gems in the Little Belt (Lillebælt) south of Assens in Funen, Denmark. Bangholm is a small estate consisting of four wings, with a work shop, gallery and facilities for residential courses in paper making and sewing textile art. It is only 500 m away from the bay of Helnæs on the one side and 900 m from the wonderful sandy beaches of the Little Belt on the other side. The island has an exciting history that goes back to early stone age and has a varied landscape with hills and cliffs towards the east and designated meadows towards the west. GALLERI BANGHOLM I display my own work and will be present during opening hours… EASTER From Maundy Thursday until Easter Monday SUMMER June, July and August. Sat.-sondays or by appointment CHRISTMAS ON HELNÆS Third Sunday in Advent from 1200-1700 hrs.
